Gas & Diesel Engine

3TC, as a part of a Global Power Supplier initiative, provides a professional solution for generator design, application and after-sales support. With a strong focus on our Power Generation Supply chain, 3TC has been highly successful in regional markets by offering a wide and diversified range of generator power products which can work as stand-alone or paralleled solutions, at site or be remote controlled.

The reliability of power sources is mission-critical today. To ensure your emergency power source and attached equipment will work as expected when you most need it, you need to test it. Resistive load banks test the generator capacity and power quality of electrical circuits, ensuring equivalent loading between a generator and prime mover. They apply power to a generator, and an equal amount is then applied to the prime mover. A resistive load bank functions by removing energy from each aspect of a generating system. Power resistors converting electrical energy to heat create the ‘load’ of this unit. The heat is then dissipated by force or convection with air or water. Load Banks are testing devices but also have various other uses in a wide range of sectors.

An automatic transfer switch (ATS) is a self-acting, intelligent power switching device governed by dedicated control logic. The principal purpose of an ATS is to ensure the continuous delivery of electrical power from one of two power sources to a connected load circuit. When a failure occurs in a primary power system, the ATS invokes a standby power source, such as an uninterruptible power supply. An ATS can also start up more long-term backup power systems, such as local diesel generators, to run electric equipment until utility power is restored. As a general rule, most automatic transfer switches seek connection to the primary power source (utility) by default and will only connect to the alternate power source (engine-generator, backup utility) when required (primary source failure) or requested to do so (operator command).

3TC Parallel Cabinet is applied for:

single diesel Generators which are paralleling with mains; multi- generators load sharing;

monitoring the mains supply and automatically start/stop one or more generator sets depending on the status of the mains supply.

It is ideal for a wide variety of demanding load share applications. It is designed to work with electronic and non-electronic or gas engine simultaneously.
